Yoga has been elected as one of the top 10 most popular sports of 2019. Mainly due to the fact that it combines high intensity, muscular activity and a strong base of meditation, many approached yoga recently. When it comes to yoga, its meditation component is definitely important and must be well considered throughout the entire workout.
