Stake Out Poles: The AD-8 or the AD-8-2
The AD-8 and the AD-8-2 are custom made in house out of Aircraft grade 6061 Tubular Aluminum. The bottom point is lathed out of solid 6061 Aluminum at a 20 degree angle. At the other end they have a knurled finish near the top for a great grip and to prevent slippage. ALSO the tops are lathed out of solid 6061 Aluminum and tapped to accept a 1/4 - 20 bolt to act as a mono pod camera holder so you can actually take a picture of the BIG ONE! All poles come standard 5 feet in length. The diameter is 1/2 inch, they float and are Super light weight! The total weight incuding rope and brass snap hook is less than 1lb.
You can request a 2 piece "break apart" model, the AD-8-2 to stow away in the tightest of places. There is a small upcharge for the 2 piece model.

Ram Tube
This is the Original Ram Tube , Aluminum tube. Just loosen the tube using the knob and aim in any direction you want or loosen further and remove totally from the yak .... the only thing left is the rubber ball mount. Some guys are using these for outrigger mounts, a few other guys call these bottle rocket launchers for some reason!!?? Another Quality product from Ram!

NEW: Ram Tube RodHolder
The guys at Ram listened to us kayakers. They made a great product with the Ram Tube. Now they made it totally out of molded plastic so no more oxidation of the Aluminum since we are so close to the salt water. This one also has some lashing points to use if you are worried about loosing your rod.

Scotty Anchor Lock
The Scotty Anchor Lock is trully unique!
It is very easy to use anywhere in your kayak. Just lift the line and let it slip through your fingers, when you are ready to set the anchor just release the line and it is locked tight. Need to bring the line in a little bit..... just reel it in then release... the jaws lock down tight!
